Service Description. This Site describes Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Biomagnetic Stone Massage, Japanese Head Massage, Red Light Therapy, Facials, Full Body Massage provided by Magnetic Touch Spa. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://massagespasedona.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Magnetic Touch Spa or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Warranty Disclaimer. Magnetic Touch Spa makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Magnetic Touch Spa's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Magnetic Touch Spa against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Choice of Law. AZ law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of AZ, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Modifications. Magnetic Touch Spa may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
